1，Ordering & Pricing

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product category:

Standard parts: MOQ is typically 1 piece — you can order a single item for sampling or urgent needs.
OEM/private label packaging: Higher MOQ applies, usually starting from 100-500 pieces depending on the product. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ requirements.
Bulk orders: No upper limit. We offer tiered pricing for larger quantities.

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote in several ways( We guarantee a response within 24 hours.):

Click “Request a Quote” on any product page — the product info will be pre-filled.
Use the Inquiry List to add multiple products and submit a bulk quote request.
Upload your BOM (Bill of Materials) Excel file for fast quoting.
Contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on order quantity. The more you order, the better the unit price. Contact our sales team with your estimated volume and we’ll provide a custom quote with applicable discounts.

2，Quality & Warranty

How do you ensure product quality?

Every order undergoes our 100% pre-shipment inspection process. Our quality control team checks: correct part number, visual integrity, dimensional accuracy, and packaging quality. We also provide ISO/TS 16949 certified products.

What warranty do you offer on parts?

We offer a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects. If a part fails due to a quality issue within the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper installation.

Do you provide OEM/private label packaging?

Yes. We support OEM and private label packaging with your brand logo. An authorization letter from the brand holder is required for branded packaging. MOQ and lead time may vary depending on the product. Contact us for specific requirements.

3，Shipping & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — most common, 30% deposit + 70% before shipment
L/C (Letter of Credit) — for larger orders
Western Union — for smaller/sample orders

Specific terms can be negotiated for large or recurring contracts.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery timeline:

In-stock items: Ship within 7 business days
Standard orders: 15-30 days from confirmed payment
OEM/custom packaging: 25-40 days

We provide real-time tracking for all shipments. Shipping method (sea, air, rail) can be selected based on your urgency and budget.

Can you help with customs clearance documentation?

Yes. We provide all necessary export documentation including: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CO), Bill of Lading (BL), and any product-specific certificates required by your country. For destination customs, we recommend working with a local customs broker, but we’ll provide whatever documentation they need.

How do I confirm a part number is compatible with my vehicle?

Each product listing shows applicable brands and models. If you’re unsure, you can:

Send us your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or chassis number
Provide photos of the old part showing any visible part numbers
Describe your vehicle model and year

Our technical team will verify compatibility within 24 hours.

Do you have parts for [specific brand]?

We stock parts for 7 major Chinese truck brands: FOTON, FAW, SHACMAN, HOWO, DONGFENG, HONGYAN, and JAC. We also carry bus parts for YUTONG, KINGLONG, and Golden Dragon, plus construction machinery parts for LIUGONG and XCMG. If you need parts for a brand not listed, contact us — we can often source them through our network.
